What used to be Whims of a Wordcrafter which has now been redesigned as my personal website Zohra Shahana (yours truly), is a space for me to share my writing, thoughts and features. I'll also share any happenings I feel are worth sharing in some way, shape or form, though perhaps not through the medium of dance, which is reserved for my dance classes and nights out.
You are offered an insight into the creative world of all things politics, daily issues, fashion, lifestyle and all things art related. There'll be the occasional ranty and shouty posts too. In other words, you're in a massive digital filing cabinet of creativity.
I started this project back in January 2014 and it has been incredibly humbling to see it grow and have so many opportunities come my way because of this small website.

As a result of this site, these opportunities including working at Elle Magazine, Stylist Magazine, The Sunday Times, landing an interview at Vogue (more on that one day)and interviewing football legend Ian Wright to name but a few gems.
Expect anything and everything. If you're interested (and even if you're not, I am a dabbler in all sorts. I've seen this blog take me on lots of interesting journeys and industries (hello journalism and media, the fashion industry, sustainable fashion world, marketing, charity and Ernst & Young?) over the years. Right now, I am trying to find the time to pick up the pen again...
